Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Grade IJob Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3(three) years of experience in banking operations.
Place of Work: Jigjiga/Shebelle /Branch
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
