Job Title: Junior Building Management Officer

Job Summary: Junior Building Management Officer is responsible for Preparing Interior Design for office, Prepare Branch Layout and Design, Prepare specification & Quantity of works to be done, Supervision of construction works, Prepare payments for the executed amount of works, Check any of the construction works against the given specification.
Educational Level and work Experience: BSC degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Having Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archi CAD, and other Architectural Design software is Advantageous.
Place of Work: Head Office
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
